A 1 -1/2 years of walking our Max (border/lab) and nothing, but greats praise for Carla and her crew. We called her because we were having so much difficulty with a large dog walker company not showing up and way too late for our dog to relieve himself. She came in with the walker to meet us and our dog and we have never looked back since then. Carla goes out of her way to take care of your pets. Our walker is so trust worthy that we have had her stay to watch and walk our dog along with our 3 cats for at home care while we are away. How great is it not to have to hire two companies to watch and take care of your pets?

I would highly recommend Snappy Paws. We recently moved into their area and they came and met our dog, Charlie and set up a plan for him to be taken care of for a mid day walk. The first couple of days Charlie had some issues adjusting to the walker that was selected for him. Carla made a special trip to work with Charlie and the walker and to assess the situation. They ended up getting along great after that and now Charlie looks forward to his visits every day. Carla kept me posted along the way and had a plan for every possible outcome. Moving is stressful and they have certainly helped make our transition much easier. While I miss seeing Charlie at lunch everyday, I know he is well cared for an in good hands which makes everyone's day much better!

We've used Snappy Paws for two years now and have had the BEST experience. Carla (the owner) is incredibly responsive. The walkers are great and leave fun notes, and I can tell that my dog has been walked and cared for with love, which is the best feeling. The walkers really care about developing a relationship with your dog and giving them great care. 

My husband and I both have somewhat erratic work schedules and sometimes have to make last minute changes or add walks, and Carla has always been perfectly flexible. Snappy Paws is the ideal dog walking company!
